Be Proactive not reactive
You may come to office in time. It is very good attitude. But it is not enough to improve performance. You have to proactive rather than reactive. Don’t wait for the boss to begin any important assignment or task. You have to be bold enough to do it by yourself. But don’t try to overlap your boss. After starting consult with him or her and get nod.

It is not flattering. Rather it would remind your boss that you are social enough despite huge work load. You can give your boss some special gifts in his or her birthday. Be Organize
Always keep your desk nit and tidy. Arrange your file and other necessary documents orderly. Adorn your table by some showpiece to make it attractive and unique. It would express your taste and smartness.

Good and gentle behavior might tell your educational and family back ground. But don’t be too lenient. Be firm and cool whenever you talk to anyone in your office.
