Get Rid of sugar Addiction

Sugar is a powerfully addictive substance. Addiction to sugar is probably more common than you think. People who consume  20 to 30 teaspoons daily of this substance, are more likely to catch health problems, like obesity, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), attention and memory problems, hyperactivity, anxiety, and depression. Here are some important strategy to control sugar consume.

Healthy diet
Try to ensure healthy diet like fruit, carrots, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, dates, vegetables. There is no alternative to take plenty of water.  Try to avoid ice cream rather eat frozen fruit that can be an alternative to ice cream. In fact avoiding sugar contained food is not very difficult. It is just a matter of habit.  Try to take meal thrice in a day that should contain vegetables, whole grains, and fruits, lean protein, poultry, fish and meat. In addition you should consume multivitamin and mineral supplement.

Regular exercise
Regular physical exercise, sun exposure, and proper sleep are also very crucial to reduce sugar cravings. A twenty to thirty minutes exercise under the open sky can help you to control sugar a lot. On the other hand try to ensure 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night. In addition try to get sun light. But don’t forget to use sunscreen during sun exposure.

Try to make a positive frame of mind. The best way to control sugar substitute is genuine self help. In fact reducing sugar level or addiction is not a difficult task as you might think. Just try to follow above mentioned two tips healthy diet and regular exercise that can be very helpful to you live well.
